Volleyball Registration – Fall 2025 Season

CYO Volleyball at St. Francis Xavier Parish offers girls in grades 1–12 an opportunity to grow in faith, character, and athleticism. Our program emphasizes teamwork, respect, and personal development, aligning with the values of the Catholic Youth Organization.

Season Overview

Practice Begins

Eligibility

Participants must be parishioners of St. Francis Xavier and/or enrolled in St. Francis Xavier School. Public or homeschool students should be actively attending a Parish School of Religion program for at least one year.

Program Fees

Grades 1–3: $125 per athlete

Grades 4–6: $160 per athlete

Grades 7–8: $160 per athlete

High School: $125 per athlete

Note: A minimum of 8 participants per grade is required to form a team. If this number isn’t met, grades may be combined or refunds issued.

Team Assessments

For grades 6–8, if multiple teams are formed, skill assessments will be scheduled at the end of July to determine team placements.

Registration Requirements

CYO Pre-Participation Form

Must be completed and signed by a physician. Valid for 13 months and must cover the entire season. Submit via email to sfxathleticforms@gmail.com before participation. Download here.

Birth Certificate

First-time participants must provide a copy, which will be kept on file.
